What is the Right of Withdrawal?
If you are located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
If you choose to exercise your Right of Withdrawal within this period, you may return eligible items and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Once your request has been submitted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and the hygiene seal intact.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount where a prepaid return label is provided.
