We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for your Sylk Swim purchase, provided all return eligibility conditions outlined below are met.

Return Eligibility:

• Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Undergarments must be worn when trying on items.

• Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free from marks or damage, and with the hygiene seal intact.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items received without prior authorisation through our returns portal or our Customer Care team.
  

• Items showing signs of wear, including perfume, smoke, deodorant, or body odour.

• Items that are marked, stained, or damaged in any way, including (but not limited to) fake tan, deodorant, or makeup.

Sylk Swim requires all returns to be made within the designated return period and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these guidelines will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Return Cost

Return labels are at the expense of the customer and are issued via our online returns portal. Return rates for Australian orders are $10 and you can find return costs for International orders here. This amount will be deducted from your store credit amount upon processing your return. If you decide to arrange your own postage, please ensure that you retain the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Processing Time For Returns   

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been accepted.
