Orders & returns

What is your return policy?

We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit.  

Your item must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for store credit.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and must have the hygiene seal intact.

We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Please note, sale items are not eligible for returns. This includes any order with a discount applied. If you are unsure of sizing, please email info@sylkswim.com for assistance.

Returning an Item

To return your item please email info@sylkswim.com

We highly recommend shipping your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Faulty / Missing Item

Please email info@sylkswim.com with your order number and photo of your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.

Can I change my order once its placed?

We are unable to make changes to your order once it is placed. If you need to update your address, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Do you have Afterpay?

Yes! Afterpay is available for all Australian & New Zealand customers!

What currency am I being charged in?

As we are an Australian store. All pricing will be charged in AUD.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Currently Express domestic shipping takes 1-3 business days and Standard domestic shipping takes 2-6 business days. International shipping takes 3-10 business days. Please note, that shipping is outside of our control and we cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide!

Where is my item?

If your item is delayed for an extended period, we recommend contacting the courier directly to open an investigation.

How do I measure my size for your brand?

Our sizing chart is included in all of our products. If you are still unsure, email info@sylkswim.com. They will help you find the perfect fit.
